However, using eco-friendly substances isn’t the only condition for eco-friendly products. Examine their production procedures as well. Do they use recyclable packaging? Are pump bottles used instead of aerosol cans? Is the company adopting environmentally friendly practises?

You should also start utilising more environmentally friendly equipment. For example, instead of using disposable mop heads, invest in reusable, washable ones. There are also several energy-efficient cleaning appliances available, such as vacuums and floor polishers.

Offer training on green cleaning

To completely support something, you must first understand it. As a result, offering training on green cleaning for your workforce is a good idea as they will be more engaged, and both the employer and employee will benefit from the newly acquired knowledge and skills.

Furthermore, using new products and equipment can often require training too. While many of them work in the same way, there are certain variances that might mean the difference between good and bad outcomes.
